      AMOT采購(gòu)那一臺(tái)DN50,壓力為16公斤，閥材質(zhì)為鑄鋼，應(yīng)用在控制系統(tǒng)中，將軍閥、雙關(guān)雙斷閥、雙密封導(dǎo)軌閥適用于：煤油、原油、輕質(zhì)油、天然氣、液化氣、管道煤氣、化工介質(zhì)等管道上，作為截?cái)嘟橘|(zhì)的理想裝置。上海申弘閥門有限公司主營(yíng)閥門有：減壓閥(氣體減壓閥,可調(diào)式減壓閥,波紋管減壓閥,活塞式減壓閥,蒸汽減壓閥,先導(dǎo)式減壓閥,空氣減壓閥,氮?dú)鉁p壓閥,水用減壓閥,自力式減壓閥,比例減壓閥)、安全閥、保溫閥、低溫閥、球閥、截止閥、閘閥、止回閥、蝶閥、過濾器、放料閥、隔膜閥、旋塞閥、柱塞閥、平衡閥、調(diào)節(jié)閥、疏水閥、管夾閥、排污閥、排氣閥、排泥閥、氣動(dòng)閥門、電動(dòng)閥門、高壓閥門、中壓閥門、低壓閥門、水力控制閥、真空閥門、襯膠閥門、襯氟閥門。管道減壓是儲(chǔ)罐區(qū)管匯設(shè)計(jì)中需要重點(diǎn)考慮的問題，即當(dāng)罐前閥關(guān)閉后，管網(wǎng)中仍然充滿了介質(zhì):隨著環(huán)境溫度的升高，管網(wǎng)中介質(zhì)的壓力會(huì)迅速增大;當(dāng)溫差變化較大時(shí)，增加的壓力會(huì)超過管道的承受能力，容易造成管道泄漏因此，管道應(yīng)配備減壓設(shè)備管道 減 壓 設(shè)計(jì).在主切斷閥的上、下游之間連接管道減壓系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)由兩個(gè)截?cái)嚅y(閘閥、球閥或截止閥)及這兩個(gè)截?cái)嚅y之間的一個(gè)減壓閥組成該套系統(tǒng)成本高，而且占用空間，不方便現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理。主切斷閥選用雙密封導(dǎo)軌閥的管道道設(shè)計(jì)原理，減壓系統(tǒng)附在主切斷閥上，其設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，占用空間小，且成本低廉。
     特 點(diǎn)：
①閥門在開關(guān)過程中，閥體密封面與滑片密封面沒有任何接觸，因此，密封面無摩擦、磨損、閥門的使用壽命長(zhǎng)，開關(guān)力矩小；
②閥門在維修時(shí)，不需將閥門從管線上拆下，只需將閥門底蓋拆開，調(diào)換一對(duì)滑片即可，維修十分方便；
③閥體及旋塞為全通徑，介質(zhì)在通過閥門時(shí)無流阻，并且可通球?qū)艿肋M(jìn)行清洗，克服了縮徑閥門的缺點(diǎn)；     
     ④ 閥體內(nèi)腔鍍有硬鉻，密封區(qū)域堅(jiān)硬光滑；
⑤ 滑片上的彈性密封采用氟橡膠，并且模壓成型在滑片表面溝槽中。具有防火功能的金屬對(duì)金屬的密封作為彈性密封的背襯；
⑥ 閥門具有自動(dòng)泄放裝置（備選），在閥門*關(guān)閉后，防止閥腔異常升壓并檢驗(yàn)閥門的效果；
⑦ 閥門開關(guān)指示器與開關(guān)位置同步，可以準(zhǔn)確顯示閥門的開關(guān)狀態(tài)。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
